Independent repair shops rely on word-of-mouth recommendations and customer referrals for much of their business. So it's no surprise that many independent garages place a high premium on customer service and satisfaction.

Worried that a smaller garage won't know how to fix your car's problem? Don't be. Thanks to new software programs, today's independent garages are privy to the same technical and repair information as dealers.

We know just as much about a technical service bulletin on your car as a dealer does. Manufacturers publish technical service bulletins to assist technicians in diagnosing and repairing problems in cars, trucks and sport utility vehicles.

If your vehicle is still under a factory warranty you are not required to bring it to them for routine maintenance or wear and tear repairs. IE; brakes, belts, fluids, tune-up.

The biggest reason not to bring your car to a dealership for maintenance if you still have a factory warranty; they can’t inform you or do any repairs unless you have a complaint about them. That’s called up selling warranty repairs and it’s a big NO NO.  I worked in dealerships for over 20years so I know.

By allowing us to do your routine maintenance if we find items that are under warranty, you can bring them to the dealer for the repair. Just another way we save you money!
